We are pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the developmentplus team, further strengthening our capacity as we continue to grow and expand our impact across the communities we serve.
Scott McGinn joins us as Deputy CEO, a newly created role within the organisation. This position reflects our ongoing development and commitment to enhancing our strategic leadership. Scott will work closely with our CEO, Lynsey, to help shape the organisation’s direction and drive forward our mission.
A key part of Scott’s role will be supporting our Project Managers, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to continue delivering high-quality services and achieving positive outcomes for the people and communities we work with. He brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective, and we are excited about the contribution he will make.
We are also delighted to welcome Chinwe Russell as our new Finance Officer. This is another brand-new role within developmentplus, highlighting our focus on strengthening internal systems as we grow.
Chinwe will take the lead on managing and developing our finance processes, playing a vital role in ensuring the organisation runs efficiently and sustainably. Her work will directly support the delivery of our projects across Lincolnshire. We are very pleased to have her on board and look forward to the expertise and energy she brings to the team.
