The Feel Good Project

My name is Stuart and I deliver The Feel Good Project in Sleaford and Grantham.

The project is mostly over Zoom with some one to one support.

Each session is designed to help people build themselves a wellbeing toolkit so they can practice in their own time and monitor their own progression.

The sessions will include a mix of mindfulness and other wellbeing techniques such as EFT Tapping.

One session will give participants an opportunity to join me on a mindful walk.  Some of the one to ones may also be face to face over a coffee and will aim to support the individuals wellbeing practice.

Sessions will include:

  • Mindful meditation
  • Mindful healthy eating
  • Mindful walking
  • Mindful arts and crafts
  • Mindful movement
  • Emotional Freedom Technique ( Tapping)

Also I will offer various other wellbeing techniques.
