RESILIENCE TRAINING LEAD
£28,000 per annum
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Fixed term to March 2028
Are you passionate about creating positive change through learning, resilience and practical support?
developmentplus is looking for an enthusiastiC Resilience Training Lead to develop and deliver accessible, engaging training programmes that make a real difference to people’s lives.
You’ll lead our new Training and Education service across three key areas: neurodiversity education and support, reducing reoffending and resettlement, and supporting professionals working with people experiencing homelessness.
You’ll design and deliver high-quality learning, work alongside people with lived experience and specialist colleagues, build strong community and professional partnerships, and evaluate the impact of our programmes.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who can combine creativity, organisation, excellent communication and a genuine commitment to supporting people to build confidence, resilience and independence.
Based at South Park, Lincoln, you’ll work across Lincolnshire as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have the skills and expertise that you believe could positively impact a charitable organisation here in Lincoln.
We are currently looking for people with a background in social investment/enterprise/business and housing/accommodation to join us to compliment the skills of our existing board.
developmentplus is a charity based in Lincoln with over 27 years’ experience of working alongside disadvantaged and vulnerable people within Lincolnshire. We work alongside people in their community, facilitating their involvement in decisions that affect their lives, supporting them to identify and develop initiatives that they feel will help improve their quality of life.
Our aim is to build a future where every person thrives, and no one just survives.
If you want to play a pivotal role in the life changing work we do here at developmentplus, and can spare up to 2 days a month to volunteer with us, this could be the role for you.
