Rabbits Warren

This project is led by Laura Harris who has had an allotment plot in the centre of Lincoln for some time. 

Last year she was given permission by the City of Lincoln to start a community growing group on the allotment. 

Laura says “for many years now I have been desperate to share this space with others, knowing how much my mental health has improved in the time I have spent on the site. Working together, we will improve the layout of the site, building a new shed and creating new planting beds”.

The group will also continue with the monthly ecology group, recording all the natural wonders on this plot, and start holding green craft sessions, sometimes having local artists coming to teach new crafting skills.

Laura’s plan is to create a beautiful, serene site for people to get together, socialise, learn about plot to plate living and the environment.
